Make-up Policy: We offer 2 make-up classes in one of our locations within the semester for which you register to make scheduling as flexible as possible and to accommodate scheduling changes. Please call or email in advance to schedule.
Please note: All make-ups must be completed during the semester for which you are enrolled.
Refund Policy: Full refund before a 2nd class into the semester. After that, 50% refund for the rest of the classes into the semester.
Free Trial Class: We offer a free trial class to all new students. Schedule your trial class by phone at (347) 602-0920 or email us.
Cancellation Policy for Private Lessons: Due to respect to our teachers, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled lesson. In a case of emergency, we will respect your cancellation request at least 2 hours before a scheduled lesson.You may cancel by phone or email, with the teacher. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you informed a teacher before 24 hours (or 2 hours in case of emergency), but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards another lesson. However, if you do not cancel prior to 24 hours (or 2 hours in case of emergency), you will lose the payment for the lesson. The program management has the only right to be flexible here.
